Position Summary:

My Obvi is looking for a National Sales Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets with key accounts including GNC and other Specialty Accounts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop annual business plans for each assigned accounts under the direction of management
  • Maintain punctual and frequent communication with current and potential accounts
  • Travel throughout the country to call on wholesale or specialty accounts as well as other geographically approximate areas
  • Develop and execute marketing and advertising programs geared towards increasing sales under the direction of management
  • Provide forecasting for market sales
  • Display and sample product in-store using product, catalogs, literature, and emphasizing salable features
  • Prepare reports and maintain business expense reports
  • Sales Managers will be required to travel a minimum of 1 weeks per month to cover base territory as well as regional account territories.
  • Build book of business with ongoing account expansion

Required Experience:

  • At least 3 years' sales experience needed
  • Willing to travel
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Creative Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient at analyzing sales data
  • Proficient at following market trends
  • Proficient at creating and meeting sales goals
  • Must be a strong team player
  • Dedicated and hard working

Preferred Education/Experience

  • Strong selling and management skills
  • High level of product knowledge
  • Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers
  • Experience & knowledge with Microsoft programs
  • Previous experience working with GNC accounts
