Overview
Kura Home Services is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Field Service Technician to support home maintenance and air quality services across the Front Range.
This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll start with training and quickly move into managing your own service route. You’ll work directly in customers’ homes helping maintain safe, efficient, and well-functioning systems.

What You’ll Do
- Air duct cleaning (full system)
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Replace furnace and humidifier filters
- Perform routine home maintenance tasks
- Maintain clean, safe work areas
- Communicate clearly with customers on services performed
You’ll support homeowners across a 30+ point maintenance program designed to prevent costly repairs and extend the life of home systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable driving daily within ~60 miles
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Customer-friendly, professional presence in the home
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- HVAC, handyman, or home maintenance experience
- Experience using tools or working in residential environments
- Customer service experience
Training & Growth
- 2–4 weeks hands-on training
- Transition to managing your own service route after ~30 days
- Opportunity to grow with a scaling home services company
Work Environment
- Field-based, traveling to customer homes daily
- Company vehicle provided (after training)
- Independent work with team support
