Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year pending your caseload

Job description
Collective Health Partners is a new intensive outpatient mental health clinic located in Colorado Springs, CO. They are dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to the community in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Their team of highly skilled professionals is committed to helping individuals and families achieve their mental health goals and improve their overall well-being.

They are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join their team. The Mental Health Therapist will play a crucial role in providing intensive outpatient therapy services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This position will involve working with clients who have a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health disorders.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in regular supervision and continuing education activities to enhance professional development.
  • Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the profession

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW, LMFT, or licensed Psychologists are required.
  • Experience working in an intensive outpatient setting is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing culturally competent and inclusive services to clients from diverse backgrounds.
