Position: Home Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-time

Work Location: In-person, Northern Colorado to Denver Metro area.

Flexible work schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. No nights or weekends.

Role Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Home Maintenance Technician. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient operation of equipment, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute basic tasks such as driving the company vehicle responsibly, maintaining an organized workspace, and operating general equipment like power drills and air compressors.
• Professionally communicate with clients and team members.
• Identify and report major maintenance repair needs.
• Lift a minimum of 45 pounds above shoulders and maintain mobility around homes for extended periods.
• Assess the performance of client appliances and provide guidance on their maintenance.
• Complete routine tasks and maintenance services as assigned.
• Undertake any other duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with hardware tools and power equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base hourly rate: $22 - $24
• Potential for Tips, Bonuses, and Other Compensation Benefits.
• Flexible work schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. No nights or weekends.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean Driving Record.
