Technical Consultant, Oracle Cloud ERP, Enterprise Transformation Practice

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
- Architect and implement solutions for reports, integrations, and workflow technologies.
- Develop and optimize Oracle DBCS PLSQL applications and BI Publisher Reports.
- Lead Mulesoft Integration using REST API with Oracle Cloud.
- Support integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) issues.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize and categorize technical incidents.
Software Releases & Environment Management
- Oversee Oracle environment refreshes with minimal downtime.
- Ensure technical teams are prepared for software updates and perform impact assessments.
- Facilitate business user testing and maintain thorough documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between Oracle Functional leads and business users.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Provide strong written communication, particularly in email correspondence.
- Accommodate diverse customer time zones and expectations.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): 6 years
- Mulesoft: 5 years
- SQL/PLSQL: 9-10 years
- BI Publisher or APEX/VBCS: Minimum 5 years
- Oracle Cloud ERP Modules: Finance (Fixed Asset), SCM, O2C
- FBDI/ADFDi (Data Loading): Preferred but not mandatory
- Strong email writing and professional communication skills
- Ability to work across different time zones
