About the Role
If you are proactive, tech-savvy, known for your attention to detail and organization, and thrive owning a wide variety of responsibilities supporting the senior leadership team, your peers, and existing and prospective customers, you might be a great fit with Class VI Partners as an Office Specialist & Operations Coordinator.
As a critical support function to the senior team and controller, you would be key to ensuring operations and the business run smoothly so that they continue making the greatest difference for their clients and each other.
Each day would be a little different, and could include coordinating an event and ensuring it goes off without a hitch, finding and booking the best travel itinerary, increasing operational efficiencies in the organization, assisting with the management of subscriptions, ordering office supplies, enabling seamless sales operations and more.
Class VI Partners provide growth planning, exit planning, investment banking, and wealth management services – all built exclusively for entrepreneurs. They have fun and build long-standing relationships with their clients, often working together for years before and/or after a transaction.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the firm's growth by managing prospect data in Salesforce CRM and HubSpot, setting up marketing campaigns, and sharing campaign results and insights.
Support the coordination and tracking of sales campaigns in CRM platforms.
Facilitate exceptional client experiences by scheduling and confirming meetings, greeting clients, and coordinating events at the office—including logistics for invitations, food, drinks, and conference room arrangements.
Ensure optimal service by maintaining office supply inventory, managing travel and calendar arrangements, and providing reminders for upcoming events.
Enhance operational efficiency through participation in Salesforce improvement implementations and other identified software efficiency projects.
Assist with accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and an optimized experience for clients and the team.
Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
Key Qualifications
3-5 years of experience supporting executives in an administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a keen ability to swiftly learn and adapt to new software independently. Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus.
This role requires a full-time commitment with 40 hours per week based in our Cherry Creek North office, with occasional flexibility.
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated reliability including consistent availability, high work quality, and the ability to proactively meet deadlines. Must be a resourceful self-starter with a knack for anticipating needs and posing insightful questions to ensure clarity.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, coupled with superb written communication abilities. The candidate should be adept at managing expectations, risks, and multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
