Operations / Business Support Specialist

Conductive Consulting, LLC — Denver, CO (Hybrid: 2 days in-office)

Compensation: $60,000/year for full-time (40 hrs/week). Open to part-time 25–30 hrs/week (not less than 25); pay pro-rated (≈ $29/hr)
Schedule: Flex between 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. MST with weekly 1:1s with leadership
Office: Tradecraft Industries, 6145 Broadway, Denver, CO 80216
Target start: Early September 2025

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day operations, scheduling, and internal coordination

  • Own recurring admin tasks (calendar invites, agendas, weekly team syncs)

  • Track and organize inbound/outbound communications (email, calls)

  • Keep tasks, status, and follow-ups current in ClickUp; log client-facing touchpoints in HubSpot

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping:

    • Record expenses, invoice, and track payments

    • Reconcile accounts (QuickBooks or similar)

    • Support expense & time-tracking documentation

  • Prepare simple status reports/summaries for leadership

  • Maintain and improve operational systems and filing processes

  • Communicate clearly with clients, partners, and vendors

  • Proactively spot process gaps and recommend improvements

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years in operations support, admin coordination, or bookkeeping

  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar) and spreadsheets

  • Strong written/verbal communication; reliable follow-through and detail focus

  • Highly organized; comfortable with lots of email/calls

  • Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, ClickUp (task/project management), HubSpot (CRM); Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal oversight

  • Bonus: Interest in sustainability/clean energy (not required)

Hybrid Expectations

  • 2 days/week in-office for focused 1:1 time with leadership; remaining hours can be remote within the 7–5 MST window

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000/year full-time; pro-rated for 25–30 hrs/week (≈ $29/hr)

  • Vacation/PTO: 20 flex days per year

  • Health: Health Share—100% employer-paid for employees; 50% for dependents; HSA included

  • Dental & Vision: Full coverage

  • Bonus: Annual bonus planned (to be finalized Q4 2025)

  • Profit Share: Program launching Q4 2025; eligibility after 1 year
