Salary Grade: $90,000 - $150,000 (depending on geographic location, experience, and
education)
Type: W-2 Full-Time
Exempt Status: Exempt
Reports To: VP, Engineering
Supervises: 3-5 Direct Reports

Summary:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage the development of
digital banking products and services at CFCU, with a focus on mobile and online
banking. You will play a key role in ensuring our offerings remain current, relevant, and
user-friendly while driving member satisfaction and profitability.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree.
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in a leadership/management role within the banking, federal credit union, or financial institution industry.
  • 3-5 years; experience managing the development, implementation, and performance of online and mobile banking technologies.
  • Experience with Tyfone, Zelle, Yodlee, and MX is a plus.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing third-party solutions.
  • Program and project management experience preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of online and mobile banking applications.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design and API integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Broad knowledge of credit union operations and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work ethically.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight, management, and high-level technical direction for the development of CFCU digital banking products and services.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, member insights, and industry shifts to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Create a consistent and positive member experience across all digital channels.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, senior management, and key members to deliver a unified digital experience.
  • Define product functionality, lead implementation efforts, and continuously improve the digital experience.
  • Manage closure of functional and non-functional risks/issues impacting product performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends, user feedback, and competitor offerings to optimize and expand digital banking capabilities.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify key areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the management of external vendors and ensure contract adherence.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated member issues.
  • Participate in the development of training materials for digital banking products and services.
