Position Overview:

JWL International is growing, and we are seeking experienced Transactional Attorneys to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. Whether you bring expertise from the equipment industry or other sectors, this role offers an opportunity to work on diverse and meaningful transactions with a firm recognized for excellence in transactional law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transactional Support: Advise on transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing across various industries.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, ensuring they meet business and legal standards.
  • Compliance Guidance: Counsel clients on regulatory requirements, compliance strategies, and risk mitigation.
  • Dispute Resolution: Assist clients in resolving disputes, leveraging negotiation, mediation, or litigation as necessary.
  • Client Collaboration: Understand client objectives and provide tailored legal solutions that align with their business strategies.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on legal developments and industry trends to deliver informed, forward-thinking advice.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensure: Admission to the bar in Colorado (Georgia bar admission is a plus for future opportunities).
  • Experience: 5+ years in transactional law; experience in the equipment sector is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Effective multitasking and project management.
    • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to client service.
  • Attributes: Professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
